Norman ĎNormí Faber Jr.
Norman Faber Jr. "Norm" died unexpectedly on Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2008, at his home in Allenton at the age of 55.
Born into the loving arms of the late Norman and Linda (Wilm) Faber on Aug. 10, 1953, in Milwaukee.
Norm was raised in Jackson, attending and graduating from West Bend West High School in 1971. Norm met and married the love of his life, Connie (Lienemann), on June 29, 1974; together raising two sons.
Norm worked for the Wacker Corp. of Menomonee Falls for 20 years.
Some of Normís favorite activities included first and foremost riding his Harley Davidson, being an active member of the West Bend H.O.G. Chapter as an officer for 15 years.
He also loved to hunt deer and geese, and especially loved playing with his granddaughter, Jocelyn.
Norm had served on the Addison Town Board for many years and was involved with many activities with his family including Little League baseball and judo.
Norm is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Connie (Leinemann); two adoring sons, Brian Faber of Allenton and Brad Faber of West Bend; he is further survived by his cherished granddaughter, Jocelyn of Allenton.
He will further be missed by his brothers and sisters, Adeline (Richard) Peters of West Bend, Edwin Faber of Lomira, Rosie (Tom) Peters of Jackson and Sandy (Jim) Smet of Fond du Lac. Norm will also be missed by his special aunt, Sylvia Wilm; his father- and mother-in-law, Harold and Jeanette Lienemann; nieces, nephews, other relatives; and many special friends.
Norm was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Roman Faber.
A funeral service for Norm will be held at 6 p.m., Monday, Labor Day, at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Drive, West Bend, WI 53095) with the Rev. Jim Hill officiating.
Friends and family may visit from 3 p.m. until the time of service at 6 p.m.
Burial will take place at 10 a.m., Tuesday at Washington County Memorial Park in West Bend.
