Arthur E. 'Art' Wolff, 94

Arthur E. "Art" Wolff, 94, of Lomira passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2008, at Kathy Hospice.

Art was born on April 6, 1914 in Richland, Wisconsin to Carl W. and Freda (Grensing) Wolff.

He is survived by his six loving children, Warren and Carol Wolff of Minneapolis, Dean and Martha Wolff of Duluth, Donald and Charlotte Wolff of VanDyne, Wis., Jack and Sharon Wolff of Allenton, Paul and Linda Wolff of Richfield, and Robert Wolff of Mukwonago; 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; three brothers, Wally and Gloria Wolff, Harold Wolff, and William and Ethel Wolff; and one sister, Lucille Lasky. He is further survived by several nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.

Art was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel E. Wolff-Englund; his parents; two sisters, Alice and Howard Kowalsky and Dorothy and John Johnson; and one brother-in-law, Walter Lasky.

A funeral service will take place on Monday, Dec. 15, at 6 p.m. at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel of West Bend, 1420 W. Paradise Drive, West Bend, WI 53095. Visitation with family and friends will also take place on Monday at the funeral home from 3 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 6 p.m. Interment will take place at Highland Memorial Park in New Berlin on Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 10 a.m.

The Wolff family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Peter Cornelius and Dr. Jeffery Smale, all the staff of Kathy Hospice, Synergy Health St. Joseph's Hospital, Vince Lombardi Cancer Center, Hope Senior Living and to Nancy, Art's guardian angel.

They would also like to extend their gratitude for any memorials offered in honor of Art to Kathy Hospice, 3232 Pleasant Valley Dr., West Bend, WI 53095.
