J. Dickmann, 87 Warren
J. Dickmann was born on Oct. 28, 1921, the son of the late Jacob Sr. and
Agnes (née Wollmer) Dickmann. He was born into eternal life on Thursday,
Dec. 18, 2008 in Milwaukee, at the age of 87. A Mass of Christian Burial
will be held on Friday Dec. 26, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church
(1619 Washington Street, Grafton). Visitation
will be held at the church only, from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass.
Interment will take place at the church cemetery. Mueller Funeral Home is
assisting the family. Warren
served his country during World War II in the U.S. Coast Guard as a
seaman, first class. Warren married Pearl Leona (née Maas) on May 2, 1964
at St. Joseph Parsonage in Grafton. Together they enjoyed going to
Arlington Park to watch the horse races. He was a very proud, longtime
member of the Rose Harms American Legion Post 355 in Grafton. He also
enjoyed participating in the holiday parades with the legion. Warren did
love our Green Bay Packers. Warren
is survived by his brother, Jacob Jr. (Marie) Dickmann; sister-in-law,
Betty Dickmann; and brother-in-law, Oliver Karrels. He is further survived
by nieces and nephews. Warren was preceded in death by his wife, two
brothers and three sisters. Memorials
