Frederick "Fred" L. Casper

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated for Frederick "Fred" L. Casper of Grafton on March 26 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Grafton.

Fred was born to eternal life on Saturday, March 22, 2008.

Visitation was held on Wednesday at the church, prior to the Mass.

Mueller Funeral Home in Cedarburg assisted the family.

Fred was born in Milwaukee on Feb. 7, 1944, son of the late Leo and Germania (nee Tomski) Casper.

Fred graduated from UW-Stout and was a longtime educator for the Northern Ozaukee School District as a vocational coordinator.

He was currently employed at Signicast Corporation as a workplace instructor.

Fred was a competitive game player, avid golfer, fisherman and a longtime L.A. Dodgers fan.

He enjoyed traveling and participating in outdoor activities with his family and friends.

Fred was the beloved husband of Sharon (nee Schock); loving father of Michael (Jennifer) Casper, Christine (Rog-er) Andersson and Kenneth Casper; dear son of Germania (nee Tomski) and the late Leo Casper; son-in-law of Raymond and the late Evelyn Schock; loving grandfather of Madeline Casper, An-drew Casper, Alexander Andersson and Linnea Andersson; brother of Diane (the late Dennis) Paradowski, Eugene (Sandy Voecks) Casper, Terence (Diane) Casper and Kevin (Carol) Casper; and brother-in-law of James (Donna) Schock, Douglas (Mary) Schock and Randy (Brenda) Schock.

He is further survived by other relatives and friends.
