Constance "Connie" Grace Zaborowski, nee Lacerda, of West Bend, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2008 at Cedar Community Hospice at the dear age of 91.

She was born into the loving arms of the late Phillip and Clara (nee Star) Lacerda on Jan. 5, 1917 in Oakland, Calif.

Connie will be greatly missed by her two loving daughters, Suzanne "Suzie" (David) Roozen of Avon, Conn. and Julie (Scott) Turner of West Bend; and a son, Edward (Pam) Zaborowski of West Bend.

She will be further missed by her grandchildren, Jason, Tyler, Hollie, Danny and Michael; and a great-grandson, Nathan. Connie will also be missed by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many caring special friends. Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Ernie, in 2006. A memorial gathering will take place from 4 until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, at the Phillip Funeral Home, 1420 W. Paradise Drive, West Bend.
