Kay Ellen Zuern, 42

Kay Ellen Zuern (nee Wolf), 42, passed away peacefully in the arms of her family after a courageous battle with Burkitt's Lymphoma.

On Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2008, Kay joined her loving father, Ralph Wolf, in heaven.

She is the beloved wife of David, loving mother of Benjamin (friend Jamie Scott) and cherished daughter of Shirley Wolf.

She is survived by her siblings, Cindy (Mike) Burkel, Jeff Wolf, Brian (Yvonne) Wolf; nieces and nephews Kelly (Nathan) Bremseth, Joshua Wolf, Nick (Julie) Burkel, Megan and Jordyn Wolf, Adam and Alex Burkel; and great nephew, Kaleb Burkel.

She is further survived by her father- and mother-in-law, Don and Jan Zuern; brothers- and sisters-in-laws, Julie (John) Jaskol-ski, Jim (Bobbie Jo) Zuern, Annette (Mike) Sobczak and Greg (Jenny) Zuern; nieces and nephews, Irene, Emily and Joseph Jaskolski, Ryan, Rachel, Sarah and Adam Zuern, Andrew, Alex, Nathan, Anna and William Sobczak and Gabrielle Zuern. Kay is further survived by other loving relatives and countless family friends.

Kay Ellen brought beauty to the world with her loving and giving heart, laughter and smile. She loved working on beautiful flower arrangements, walking on their land with their dogs, Duke and Oscar, and spending time at the cabin with her family.

A Mass of Christian burial will be at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 21, 2008, at St. PeterÍs Catholic Church of Slinger with the Rev.. Richard J. Stoffel officiating. Visitation will be on Friday at the church only from 1 to 6:45 p.m. Interment at New St. PeterÍs Cemetery on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 1 p.m.
