Kenneth H. Meyer

Funeral services for Kenneth H. Meyer of Grafton were held on Nov. 22 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Grafton. Kenny entered into eternal life on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2008, at the age of 90. The Rev. Kenton Wendorf officiated at the service. Visitation was held at the church prior to the funeral service, and interment took place at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery. Mueller Funeral Home in Cedarburg served the family.

Kenny was born on Nov. 3, 1918 in Milwaukee, son of William Meyer and Hulda (nŽe Manzke) Meyer. On Nov. 9, 1963, he married Cecilia Hubmann in Milwaukee. Their marriage was blessed with one daughter, Elaine.

Kenny worked for the Harnischfeger Company as a machinist for over 37 years. He was also an active member at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Grafton, where he was a bell ringer and an usher.

Kenny is survived by his beloved wife, Cecilia Meyer; his daughter, Elaine (Ben) Glatzel; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Andrew, Elias and Lydia Glatzel. He is further survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Earl (the late Olive) Meyer.
