Renee D. Alexander

Renee D. Alexander of Allenton, formerly of Belgium, passed away early Saturday, April 18, 2009 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. She was 49.

Renee was born July 18, 1959 in Sheboygan, the daughter of Gregory and Barbara Gilson Feider. She graduated from Cedar Grove High School in 1977, and from MBTI in 1980 with a degree in computer programming.

She was employed at Wesbar in West Bend as an IT analyst for over 13 years.

On March 9, 1991, she was united in marriage with Michael Alexander at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cascade. Renee was passionate about cooking, and was in the process of writing her own cookbook. She was always full of life, and enjoyed being around her family, friends and her dog, Charlie.

Renee is survived by her husband Michael, and two daughters, Stephanie (Matthew) Gruber of Kewaskum and Stacey (fiancˇ Michael Lichtensteiger) Alexander of Oshkosh. She is further survived by her mother Barbara (Jeff) Anzia, one brother Robert Feider, one sister Rhonda (Patrick) Krier, all of Belgium, one sister-in-law, Karen (Larry) Hammen of Random Lake, two brothers-in-law, Tom (Liz) Alexander of West Bend and David (Susan) Alexander of Naples, Fla., her dog Charlie, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

She is preceded in death by her father Gregory Feider, and her father and mother-in-law James (Corrine) Alexander.

A memorial service celebrating Renee’s life will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 171 N. Royal Ave. in Belgium. The Rev. James Ernster will officiate. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until the time of services at 7 p.m.
