Wallace G. Pusch, 89, of Rubicon, passed away on Friday, Dec. 18, 2009, at his residence surrounded by his family.
He was born Oct. 4, 1920, in Rubicon to George and Nora (nee Schneider) Pusch. He was united in marriage to Joan Becker on May 29, 1948, in Woodland.
Wallace was a 4-H leader, a member of the FFA, a school board clerk, church counsel and he was on the co-op board. He volunteered at ECHO and was an avid church member at Peace Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Joan; his children, Gary (Mavis) of Rubicon, Dale (Kathy) of Conyers, Ga., Glenn (Nancy) of West Bend and Dennis (Carol) of Kewaskum; his grandchildren, Keath (Elizabeth), Laura (Andrew), Christopher (Rebecca), Ryan, Alyssa, Whitney, Kevin, Caitlin, Tami (Rob) and Tara; his great-grandchildren, Olivia, Alayna, Alexa, Kaya and Ava; his sisters, May Henning of Chicago and Pearl Meier of Brookfield. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.
Wallace was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-laws, Bob Meier, Herbert Becker and Curtis Becker.
Funeral Services for Wallace Pusch will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009, at 3 p.m. at Peace Lutheran Church, 1001 Center St., Hartford, with the Rev. Jonathan Munson officiating. The family will greet relatives and friends on Tuesday from 1 p.m. until the time of service at church. Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hartford.
