Ted E. Sullivan
Ted E. Sullivan, born July 4, 1955, as he liked to say “the year rock ’n roll was born,” and died Dec. 15, 2009.
Ted was the loving husband of Caryn; the proud father of Caitlin, 28, Daniel, 25, John “Jack,” 18, and Julia, 15. Ted is also survived by his parents, Tom and Marilyn; siblings, Tim (Faith), Todd (Jackie), Terry (Julie), Therese (Ron), Toni (Ray) and Tommy (Cheryl); 16 nephews and six nieces.
A partner at the Minneapolis law firm of Lind, Jenses, Sullivan & Peterson, Ted was named a Super Lawyer from 2003 to 2008. Although he called himself a “stay-atwork dad,” he was deovted to his family and frields. He lived to tell jokes and make people laugh. A trivia king, storyteller, sports fan and avid cyclist, he enjoyed boating and jet skiing on the St. Croix River.
Mass of Christian burial was at 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 19, 2009, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Mendota, Minn. Visitation was held friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at O’Halloran & Murphey in St. Paul, Minn. Interment was at Resurrection Cemetery.
Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
