Hazel B. Windsor

Hazel B. Windsor (nee Stewart), 80, of Jackson, died on Monday, June 15, 2009, at Kathy Hospice.

She was born on Feb. 12, 1929, in Bloomer to the late John and Nina (nee Bonner) Stewart.

On Aug. 30, 1958, she married Delmar C. Windsor in Milwaukee .

In 1961, the family moved to Jackson. She later worked at Libby’s in Jackson for about eight years. Delmar preceded her in death on Oct. 20, 1990.

Survivors include four children, Suzanne Watry of West Bend, Barbara (Mike) Adell of West Bend, Jody (Dave) Dehling of Fredonia and Cynthia Katheiser of Germantown; eight grandchildren, Stephanie Watry (fiancŽe, Brad Jensen), Travis Watry, Rebecca (Isaiah) Potvin, Joshua Adell, Jonathon Miller (special friend, Danielle), Jill Katheiser, Jana Katheiser and Jacob Katheiser; one brother, Delbert (Wanda) Stewart of Bloomer; two sisters-in-law, Beverly Stewart of Jefferson and Vergean Stewart of Rice Lake; one brother-in-law, Arnold (Marlene) Windsor of Bloomer; a dear friend, Norma Dallmann of Jackson; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Bruce, Steve and John Stewart; and one sister, Evelyn Richter.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 20, at 3 p.m. at the Schmidt Funeral Home in Jackson with the Rev. Howard Kusler officiating. Burial will be in Frieden’s Cemetery in the town of Jackson. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 1 p.m. until 2:45 p.m.

The family has requested memorials to The Kathy Hospice.
