Ralph K. Spaeth, 64, of Hartford passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at the Hartford Care Center.

Ralph was born on Dec. 9, 1944 in Hartford to Kurt and Erma (nee Schluter) Spaeth. He was united in marriage to Janice "Jan" Bernhard on Oct. 5, 1968 in Hartford.

Ralph was a very talented and wonderful carpenter and was so well liked by many people. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife Jan; his daughter JoEllyn (Dave) Hetzer of Milwaukee, his sons Bruce (Penny) Spaeth of Nevada and Chad Spaeth of West Bend; and four grandchildren, Kayla, Cameron, Meredith and Andy. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

To honor Ralph’s wishes there will be no funeral service.
