The family would like to thank all the nurses at St. Lukeís ICU and Doctors Treisman, King and Keller for helping Tom thru the years with his health. All wonderful doctors that cared.

The Hand of God shall hold him, the Peace of God enfold him, the love that dreamed and formed him shall surround him today.

The Light of God beside him, above him, beneath him, inside him. The light to guide him home to the loving hand of God.
