John "Tom" Fellner

John "Tom" Fellner, 70, found eternal peace on Sunday, May 24, 2009.

He was born on Feb. 25, 1939, to the late John "Jack" and Mary (nee Ritzman) Fellner. John was a devoted husband and best friend of 50 years to Betty (nee Nichols) Fellner. Together they raised six children: John R. Fellner, James C. (Diane) Fellner, Shari D. (Patrick) Muckerheide, Mary A. (Cameron) Langhoff, Jane M. DuQuette (friend, Patrick Cox), Denise S. Binash (fiancˇ, Art Bosley).

John was the loving grandfather of Christina (Kevin) Mejaki, Tara (Jason) Gremminger, Mathew, Melissa, Anthony, Stephanie and Brooke Fellner, James and Angel Fellner, Alicia, Stephan, and Samantha Kattar, Amy (Shannon) VanBeek, Katy, Lynn and Margaret Muckerheide, Jennifer (Brad) VandeBoom, Jason Langhoff, Amanda (fiancˇ, AJ Bosely) Fellner and Christopher Kelly. He was the great-grandfather to Blake, Austin and Alexis Mejaki, Jasmine VanBeek, Caleb and Madalynn VandeBoom and Payton Wright. He was "Great Poppy" to Abbie Bosley. John was the dear brother of Theodore (Karen) Fellner, step-brother of Ronald (Elaine) Fischer and Rosemary Handyside. He was the brother-in-law of Ernestine Trimble, Evelyn (Karey) Trimble, Daniel Nichols and Gloris (Dwayne) Wickersheim. John was the special friend of Ray, Matt and April Brill. He is survived by many other relatives and friends.

He was preceeded in death by his parents, John R. Fellner and Mary (Bill) Fischer; sons-in-law Douglas DuQuette and Brian Kelly; grandson, Devin Kelly; parents-in-law, Clarence and Lether Nichols; brothers-in law Percy Nichols and Auvern Trimble; sister-in-law, Obera Nichols; other relatives and friends. John will be deeply missed by those who loved and cherished him and will remain forever in their hearts. Services for John will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2009, at 11 a.m., visitation with the family will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at Holy Angels Church, 138 N 8th Ave., West Bend. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be greatly appreciated.
