Margaret "Margie" Mae Meiser
Margaret "Margie" Mae Meiser passed away Saturday, May 23, 2009, at Tomah Memorial Hospital in Tomah. She was 53-years-old.
Margie was born Sept. 7, 1955 in Port Washington, the daughter of Eugene and Melba (Oberheu) Borchardt. They both survive.
On March 2, 1974, she married Michael Meiser at St. Paulís Church in Grafton. She lived and raised her family in Grafton, later moving to Tomah to care for her father.
Margie graduated from Grafton High School in 1973. She enjoyed arts and crafts, reading, children and animals.
Margie is survived, along with her parents, by two daughters, Carrie Meiser, Wausau, and Christie (Joshua) Davids, Antigo; a son, Rob Meiser, White Lake; and 14 grandchildren, Brett, Devon, Justice, Arayah, Jacob, Zachary, Kieanah, Kaiden, Nevaeh, Avieonna, Chase, Olivia, Jadalyn and Joshua.
A daughter, Tracie Meiser, and a brother, Robert Borchardt, preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at 3 p.m. at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home, Antigo. The Rev. James Stevens officiated.
Visitation was held at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been arranged in her name.
Burial was in Langlade Cemetery.
