Margaret M. Bingen

Margaret M. Bingen (nee Walter), 91, of the town of Addison died Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009, at the Clearview Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Center in Juneau.

She was born Aug. 12, 1918, in the town of Addison to the late John and Mary (nee Pfeiffer) Walter and married Richard Bingen on April 12, 1944, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church.

Survivors include her loving husband of 65 years, Richard; two children, Gerald (Rita) Bingen of Hartford and Jean (Michael) Neuburg of Hartford; and seven grandchildren, Tony (Lynn) Neuburg, Tom Neuburg, Tracy Neuburg, Nancy (Al) Dornacker, Ken (Kim) Bingen, Gene (Jani) Bingen and Andy (Rachael) Bingen. She is further survived by six great-grandchildren; three brothers-in-law, Harvey Bingen, Edgar Bingen and Walter Bingen; a sister-in-law, Dolores Weiss; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Margaret is preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Bingen; and her sister, Jeanette Bingen.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peterís Catholic Church in Slinger with burial following in St. Peterís New Cemetery. The Rev. Richard Stoffel will preside. Visitation will be Saturday, at the church only from 9:30 a.m. until 10:15 a.m.
