Violet I. Schultz

Violet I. Schultz, 76, died Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009, at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home where she has resided for the last 12 years.

She was born on Feb. 17, 1933, in Batavia, N.Y., the daughter of George and Anna (nee Root) Coxon. On Jan. 15, 1950, she married Frank Schultz in Batavia. He preceded her in death on June 13, 1991. She was a member of St. Johnís Lutheran Church in Newburg. Violet leaves behind her love for animals.

Violet is survived by her son, David (Cheryl) Schultz of Campbellsport; her daughter, Ann Schultz of Stafford, N.Y.; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Jenny Holtz of Batavia, N.Y.; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; daughter, Kimberly; and three siblings.

Visitation will be Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, 459 E. 1st. St., Fond du Lac. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home with the Rev. John Baumann officiating. Cremation has taken place.
