Dwight F. Anderson, 71

Dwight F. Anderson, 71, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010.
    Dwight was born on Sept. 9, 1939, in Moose Lake, Minn., to Olin and Lucille (nee Sidewell). He married Katherine Teufel on Nov. 19, 1960.
    Dwight enjoyed spending time at his trailer in Montello and snow-birding for the last four years (two years in Alabama and two years in Texas). He was also a member of the West Bend Moose Lodge No. 1398. Above all, Dwight cherished his time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by his two companions, Charlie and Billy.
    Dwight is survived by his wife, Kathy; children, Dawn Moericke and Richard (Joni) Anderson; grandchildren, Nicole (Mike Sarwas) Budzinski, Christa (Tim Stanisch) Moericke, Jennifer (Dustin Bannenburg) Brandt, Victoria and Kiana Anderson; and great-grandchildren, Hailee and Sean "Boy Boy" Budzinski, Emily Gleason and Jacob Brandt. He is further survived by his sister, Yvonne Smith; second mother, Rose Goble; brother, James (Sharon) Goble; sisters, Judy (Jerry) Esty and Jane (Gary) Anderson; sister-in-law, Pat (Jerry) Hastings; special friends, Fred and Heather Derewenko; and many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
    Dwight is preceded in death by his parents; inlaws, Jake and Lois Teufel; second father, Lloyd Goble; and his brother, John Goble.
    A funeral service for Dwight will take place at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 22, at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, 1420 W. Paradise Drive, West Bend, with the Rev. Jeff Haines presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home only on Wednesday, Dec. 22, from 4 p.m. until time of service.
