In loving memory, we honor the life of Gloria V. Minesal (nee Stine), who entered into peace on Jan. 13, 2010.

Gloria was born on July 4, 1938 in Merrill. She married the love of her life, Charles Minesal, on Sept. 6, 1958, and joyfully brought three children into the world during their early years of marriage.

Throughout her life, Gloria inspired others through her spiritual strength and devotion to her family. She was a kind and compassionate woman who filled her home with love, laughter and family. Gloria enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and could often be found cheering for them at baseball games and other events. She was an outstanding cook, a talented crafter, a skilled cribbage player and bingo fan. Her fondest childhood memory was of family picnics on the 4th of July. Like a beautiful fireworks display, Gloria filled all of our lives with vibrant color and joy.

Gloria is survived by her husband, Charles Minesal; her children Charles (Carol) Minesal Jr., Dan (Kay) Minesal and Tammy (Henry) Schilter; her eight grandchildren Matthew Schilter, Samuel Minesal, Nicholas Minesal, Ryan Schilter, Mihaela Schilter, Zachary Minesal, Laura Schilter and Ashley Minesal; her sister, June Marie Krueger; an uncle; a brother-inlaw; sisters-in-law; nephews; nieces; cousins; and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Hamilton Stine and June (Jourdan) Stine and 4 siblings, Edward Stine, James Stine, Dale Stine and an infant baby brother.

In honor of Gloria's life here, and as a celebration of her journey into heaven, visitation and funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church 1025 S. 7th Ave. in West Bend with Fr. Nathan Reesman officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM noon with a funeral service at 12:00 PM noon. Entombment to follow at Washington County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations to Shriner's Children's Hospital are sincerely appreciated.
