John L. Tollack, M.D., 67, of Anderson township, Ohio, formerly of Milwaukee, died July 5, 2010.

He was a 1965 graduate of Harvard College and he received his PhD. in Cardio Physiology in 1970 and his M.D. in 1974 from the University of Cincinnati, and was a physician with Group Health Associates from 1985 to 2000.

John is the devoted son of the late Layton E. and Esther Johnson Tollack, dear brother of Laurie Tollack Bruns, brother-in-law of Dr. Frank J. Bruns, and uncle of Erika Pianim, Peter Bruns and Kirsten Callari.

Services will be private.
