Teri J. Paulin, 62

Teri J. Paulin, 62, of Cedarburg, went to her heavenly home on Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010, after a long and courageous battle with amyloidosis. She was born in Milwaukee on Aug. 17, 1948, the daughter of George Schalk and June Thompson Schalk.

Teri worked as a laborer for Briggs & Stratton in Milwaukee for 30 years, retiring in 1996. She enjoyed camping, gardening, playing cards, crocheting, reading and going to festivals.

Teri is survived by her two sons, Chase Marciniak and Roger (Katherine) Paulin, both of Cedarburg.  She is further survived by her granddaughter, Maia Paulin; her siblings, George Schalk of Cedarburg, David (Debra) Schalk of Waldo and Debbie "Corky" Fredricks of Saukville; six nieces, Jennifer and Jamie Fredricks, Madalynn, Sarah, Rebekah and Catharine Schalk; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, Nov. 5, at 7 p.m. at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave. in Port Washington, with Deacon Tom Surges officiating.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, Nov. 5, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Vince Lombardi Charitable Funds or the Amyloidosis Foundation, 7151 N. Main St., Suite 2, Clarkston, MI  48346, are suggested.
