Harlan C. Geiken, 61, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010, at his residence.

Harlan was born June 3, 1949, to Harvey and Grace (nee Painter). He married Florence Toussaint on Sept. 16, 1967, in South Dakota. Harlan loved the outdoors and particularly enjoyed golfing, fishing and camping. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Harlan is survived by his wife, Florence; children, Jamie (Jenny) Geiken, Kelly Geiken and Kimberly (Patrick) McGrath; and grandchildren, Amanda, David, Abigail, Alexia, Isaac, Mason and Griffin. He is further survived by his mother, Grace Geiken; sister, Diane Kollman; brother, Mark Geiken; and foster brother, Patrick Manley.

Harlan is preceded in death by his father and two brothers.

A funeral service for Harlan will take place at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 18, at the Phillip Funeral Home, 1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend, with his cousin, the Rev. Robert Oferdahl, presiding. Gathering will take place from 5 p.m. until time of service.
