Alan K. ‘Al’ Breger Sr., 47
Alan
K. "Al" Breger Sr. of Campbellsport died peacefully at his home
on Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010, at the age of 47. Al was born to Kenneth and
Jacqueline (nee Bruder) Breger at Lakeview Hospital in Milwaukee on July
19, 1963. Al married Tammy Parrish on October 7, 2000.
Al was a self-employed electrician working on his master’s. He enjoyed
spending time with his son, Cpl. Alan "A.J" Breger, of whom he
was very proud. Their favorite pastimes included ATV-ing and camping with
the family and friends every year, going for Harley rides, watching movies
and tinkering in the garage. Al also enjoyed spending time with his wife
Tammy, step-daughter Rachel and grandson Brenden ("Papa’s lil’
stinkeroo"). He took pride in teaching Brenden how to ATV and forever
came up with new and exciting ideas to keep him smiling.
Al had a sense of humor that could light up a room. His kind heart led him
to constantly helping others. He prided himself on just enjoying life with
those that he loved.
Al is survived by his son Alan (Nicole Schleif) Breger, Jr.; former wife
and life companion Tammy Parrish, stepdaughter Rachel (Jim) Muchka; and
grandson Brenden Muchka. He is further survived by his mother Jacqueline;
brothers Roy (Michelle), Guy (Joan), Mark and Paul Breger; sisters Joyce
(Ronald) Melichar, Karen (Greg) Szalewski, Gail Lemke; and many other
nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Al is preceded in death by his father Kenneth Henry Breger and brother
Donn Glenn Breger.
Funeral Services for Al were held privately by the family.
Al was an incredibly loving father, "papa" and son who will
truly be missed but will remain in our hearts forever.
The family of Al would like to thank Matt and Karla Teetzen, Tom and
Marian Klug, and other family and friends for their support and compassion
during this time.
The Phillip Funeral Home of West Bend is assisting the family.
