Staci Jo Markham, 37, of Germantown, formerly of the Monroe area, died on Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, as the result of an ATV accident in Iron County.

She was born on June 13, 1973, the daughter of David and Joan (nee Kohl) Wyss. She was a 1991 graduate of Monroe High School and a 2000 graduate of Radiologic Technician Schooling. Staci and Greg Markham were married on Oct. 14, 2000, at St. Victor Catholic Church. She was an orthopedic X-ray technician for the Institute of Milwaukee and recently a technician for GE Medical in Brookfield.

Staci is survived by her husband, Greg Markham; daughter, Graci; and son, Cade, all of Germantown; her parents, David and Joan Wyss; maternal grandmother, Iva Kohl; and brother, Randy (Carol) Wyss, all of Monroe; sister, Michelle (Terry) Ellwanger of Beloit; brothers in-law, Ron (Kim) Markham, Dennis Lewey; sister-in-law, Michelle (Jason) Ruggles; nieces and nephews, Sydnee Wyss, Garrett Wyss, Austin Lewey, Maddison and Tucker Markham, Henley Ruggles and Kolten Ellwanger; also many friends.

She is predeceased by her sister, Lynn Wyss; paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Oct. 15, 2010, at 11 a.m. at St. Victor Catholic Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Thomas Campion, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery in Monroe. A visitation will be held on Thursday, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home.

A memorial fund is being established in Staci’s memory.
