Michael Pfeiffer Jr., 75, passed away Monday, Oct, 25, 2010.

He was born Oct. 6, 1935, in Satnica, Croatia. He came to the United States in 1952 and later married Elizabeth (nee Thomann) on May 7, 1960, in Milwaukee.

Michael retired from Harnischfeger Industries as a Quality Control Inspector after 33 years of service.

Michael enjoyed playing cards, especially sheepshead, writing poetry and woodworking. He was a jack of all trades, but mostly loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of the Schwabenhof and the Jaeger Club.

Michael is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; daughter, Sue (Bob) Ulickey; and son, Rob (Dawn) Pfeiffer; grandchildren, Josh and Michael Ulickey and Katy Pfeiffer. Further survived by one sister, brothers in law, sisters in law, cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents, one brother and four sisters.

Liturgy of the Word will be held Friday, Oct. 29, at 10 a.m. at Phillip Funeral Home Chapel of West Bend, 1420 W. Paradise Dr., with the Rev. Richard Stoffel presiding. Please meet at time of service. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Oct. 28, at the funeral home from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Entombment at Washington Memorial Park.
