Wilton "Bill" E. Kerlinske, 87, of Hartford, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2011, at the Aurora Medical Center in Hartford.

Bill was born April 24, 1923, in Hartford to Jule and Martha (nee Meyer) Kerlinske. He was united in marriage to Marian Wilcox on Aug. 24, 1946, in West Bend.

Bill worked as Supervisor for the City of Hartford’s wastewater treatment facility. He enjoyed golfing, boating, hunting and snowmobiling. Bill was a member of the Hartford Fire Department and the Hartford City Band.

He is survived by his wife, Marian; his children, Kristine (Robert) Parker of Hartford, Marcia (John) Wilcox of Hartford and Steven (special friend, Sue) Kerlinske of Hustisford; his grandkids, Julie, Eric, Josh and Erin; his great-grandkids, Luke, Blake, Sawyer, Ella, Sheldon and Joel; his sisters-in-law, Coralie Kerlinske of Townsend and Joann Hall of Florida. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Donald Kerlinske.

Funeral services for Bill will be on Friday April 15, at 7 p.m. at the Shimon Funeral Home, Hartford, with the Rev. Ann Ziegert officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. the funeral home Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Hartford.

Memorials to the Jack Russell Memorial Library in Hartford are appreciated.
