Philip E. Hirschel, 90 Philip E. Hirschel, a longtime resident of Thiensville, was born to eternal life April 15, 2011, at the age 90. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Ellen Hirschel; wife, Ethel "Mickey" (nee Rahn); and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Elsie and Rudolph Rahn. He was the dear friend of Nelson "Kelly" and the late Eunice "Pinkey" Stofflet. He is also survived by friends. Phil was a retiree of Weyenberg Shoe. He was a Navy veteran of World War II in the South Pacific Theater and a member of the Howard J. Schroeder American Legion Post 457. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 20, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Schramka-Densow Funeral Home, 423 N. Main St., Thiensville, followed by a memorial service at 6:30 p.m. Phil will be at rest next to his wife, Mickey, at Immanuel Cemetery in Cedarburg. Memorials to the American Heart Assoc. would be appreciated. Schramka-Densow Funeral Home in Thiensville is serving the family. |
