Violet J. Patsch, 92
Violet J. Patsch (nee Plautz), 92, passed away on Aug. 6, 2011, at Lasata Care Center of Cedarburg surrounded by her family. She was born on April 20, 1919 to the late Emil and Hilda (nee Schmidt) in Milwaukee. Violet retired from Grafton State Bank in 1981. She enjoyed all sports, especially the Packers and Braves. She loved life and the people in it. She was very giving, appreciative, and loved all children, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed traveling to Lake Tomahawk. Violet was a member of St. Paulís Lutheran Church of Grafton.
Violet is survived by her children, Richard (Judy) Pagenkop, and Diane Hostetter; grandchildren, Lori (Jim) Stauske, Kari (Steve) Holland, Kristi (Tim) Hilgart; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Kevin, and Sarah Stauske, Kayla, Jenna, and Kyle Holland, Donnie and Joel Hilgart; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Jusiel.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, Clifford Patsch and the love of her life, Richard Pagenkop; son-in-law, Donald Hostetter who passed away on August 6, 2006; and brother, Fred (Dorothy) Plautz.
The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2011, at 7 p.m. at St. Paulís Lutheran Church, 701 Washington Street, Grafton, with Pastor Chris Navurskis presiding. The visitation will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 9 from 5 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m., also at the church. Interment will take place at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines, Ill. Memorials would be appreciated to St. Paulís Gym Fund.
