Dorothy C. Antoine, 85 Dorothy C. Antoine of Port Washington passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the early morning hours of Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011, at Heritage Nursing Home, where she had been a resident. She was 85 years old. Dorothy was born in Conrath on March 20, 1926, the daughter of Jacob and Mollie Sampont Jentges. On Sept. 13, 1947, she married Clarence Antoine at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Port Washington. Clarence preceded her in death in December of 1998. Dorothy was a member of St. Joseph Parish in Grafton and a former member of St. Peter of Alcantara in Port Washington. Dorothy enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, cooking and playing sheepshead and bingo. She is survived by her son, David (Nannette) Antoine of Grafton; two grandchildren, Nicole (Brian) Goetter of Cedarburg and Geoffrey (Sally) Antoine of Baraboo. She is further survived by five great- grandchildren, Zakary, Miles, Kayleigh, Dane and Brady; her brother, Larry (Sally) Jentges of Port Washington; nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence; and two brothers and two sisters. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Monday, Aug. 15, at 7 p.m. at St. Joseph Parish, 1619 Washington St., Grafton, with Father Tom Suriano officiating. She was laid to rest next to her husband at St. Mary Parish Cemetery in Lake Church. A visitation was held on Monday, Aug. 15, at the church from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Memorials are suggested to Ozaukee Family Services and the American Alzheimer's Association.
