Robert 'Bobbie' E. Prucca, 77 Robert "Bobbie" E. Prucca of Grafton found eternal life on Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, at the age of 77. Bob was born on Feb. 19, 1934, to Lawrence and Stella (nee Kacala) Prucca. He married Lucille Rehak at St. John's Cathedral in Milwaukee on Feb. 22, 1962. Bob dedicated many years to the U.S. Army during the Korean War and even received the National Defense Service Medal. He worked for over 30 years at Simplicity Manufacturing as a machinist. Bob was a quiet man by nature and he always put his family's needs before his own. He was very humble and was always there to provide guidance for anyone in need. Bob was an incredible husband, father, grandfather, brother and son, and he will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Bob is survived by his wife of 49 years, Lucy; children, Jim Hedrick Jr. of Grafton, Robert (Tracey) Hedrick of Waubeka, Darlene (Jay) Schmitz of Cedarburg and Larry (fiancée Sandy Fetzer) Prucca of Grafton; and grandchildren, Josh, Ben, and Alex Hedrick, Jessica and Justin Schmitz, Jamie (Kevin) Runkel, and Austin Fetzer. He is further survived by his sisters, Catherine Shepard of Grafton and Rose Marie Wachholz of Manitowoc; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends. Bob was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Florence Sabec; and brothers-in-law, Eddie Shepard, Eddie Wachholz, and Marion Sabec. A memorial service for Bob was held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, 1420 W. Paradise Drive in West Bend with Deacon Dan Schroeder presiding. Family and friends gathered from 4 p.m. until 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, at the funeral home.
