Warren E. Bloch, 83

Warren E. Bloch found peace in the arms of the Lord on Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, at the age of 83. He was a longtime resident of Cedarburg.
Warren was born in Milwaukee on Sept. 10, 1927, the son of Alfred and Tomina (nee Christopherson) Bloch.

Warren is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Beverly. Warren and Beverly were blessed with five children, Carl Bloch, Darla (James) Frederick, Alan (Linda) Bloch, Eric (Colleen) Bloch and Randy (Connie) Bloch, He was the loving grandfather of Erik (Jenny) LaManna, Jason (Nicole) Hornberger, Crystal Bloch, Brandon Bloch, Chelsea Hornberger and Corey Bloch. He is further survived by one great-granddaughter, Gina LaManna, other relatives and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and his beloved sister Corrine Hull.

Warren was happiest when spending time enjoying all of Godís beautiful creations in the great outdoors. He enjoyed animals, birds, trees, flowers and the beauty that only nature can provide.

In his younger years he enjoyed traveling, sailing and riding motorcycles. He loved walking and enjoyed making and talking with his many friends. Warren was the proud founder of Bloch Appliance Service Co. The company was founded in Milwaukee in 1955  and continues as a family-owned business in Cedarburg, now operated by his beloved sons.

Visitation will be held at Mueller Funeral Home & Crematory, W63 N527 Hanover Ave., Cedarburg, on Friday, Jan. 7, 2011, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. A celebration of life memorial service will follow.
