Harry L. Kroening, 87

Harry L. Kroening, 87, died Jan. 27, 2011. He was reunited in Heaven with his beloved wife Dorothy.

He is survived by his daughter Kathleen Zellmer and is proud “Gramps” of Matthew Zellmer. He is also survived by, former son-in-law Lee J. Zellmer; dearest friend Joyce Albrecht; brother Edmund Kroening and sister Marguerite Pedersen. He is further survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

He is preceded in death by his brother Carl (Ruth) Kroening, sister-in-law Terry Kroening and brotherin-law Lester Pedersen.

Visitation is from 4 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 1 at Harder Funeral Home, 18700 W. Capitol Drive,. Brookfield. Entombment will be at Wisconsin Memorial Park.

Harry was a WWII veteran who served in Gen. Patton's Army. He was employed at Square D for 39 years until his retirement. Harry was a member of the Male Chorus and Mixed Chorus at Immanuel Lutheran Church Milwaukee, a member of the Barbershop Harmony Society, and sang with the Milwaukee Festival City Chorus. He was also an avid Packer's fan.
