Walter C. ‘Wally’ Wisniewski, 91
A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 9, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Community United Methodist Church, Cedarburg, for Walter C. "Wally" Wisniewski of Grafton, who passed away on Friday, July 1, 2011, at the age of 91. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. The Rev. David Blackmer will officiate the service.

Wally was born in Milwaukee on March 14, 1920, a son of Frank and Blanche (nee Wozniak) Wisniewski. He married Eilene Belcher, and they had three daughters. After Eilene died, he married Dorothy Zelle in Milwaukee on April 15, 1961.
Wally was a passive volunteer firefighter with the Cedarburg Fire Department. He enjoyed the outdoors, was an avid reader and could always be seen with a camera around his neck.
Wally is survived by his wife of 50 years, Dorothy; daughters, Donna Hoffmann of Sheboygan, JoAnne Hadler of Cedarburg and Eileen Wisniewski of St. Paul, Minn.; grandchildren, Kim (Chris) Chronister of Gainsville Fla., Michael Hadler of Minneapolis, Brad (Debbie) Hoffmann of Sheboygan and Carrie Engebose of Rochester, Minn.; great- grandchildren, Katie Chronister, Jackie Chronister, Kelsey Engebose,
Madison Engebose and Brady Engebose; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Eilene Belcher Wisniewski; brothers, Ray Wisniewski and Chet Wisniewski; sister, Sylvia (Rich) Krajewski; and father-in-law, Fred Zelle.
