Infant Ryan Michael Muth, Jr. was born to eternal life on July 6, 2011. He is survived by his parents, Ryan and Jessica (nee Commons) Muth; siblings, twin brother and sister Jaiden and Jonus, and Jayla; maternal grandparents, Deanna (Cris) Keil and Dennis Commons; paternal grandparents, Barb and Boyd Thew; Aunt Jenny (Ryan) Schicker; great-grandparents, Sandy Holliday, Jean Commons, and Carol Muth. He is further survived by cousins, many other relatives and friends.

Ryan is preceded in death by his grandfather, John Holliday; great-grandfathers Clifford Commons and Ronald Muth.

The memorial service for Ryan will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2011, at 2:30 p.m. at the Phillip Funeral Home of West Bend.

Visitation will be on Saturday, July 9, from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m., also at the funeral home.
