Jossart, 86
Marjorie L. Jossart (nee Macke), 86, of West Bend was called home on
Saturday, March 26, 2011, at the Cedar Lake Health and Rehabilitation
Center in the town of West Bend surrounded by her loving family.
Marjorie “Marge” was born on April 25, 1924, in Lancaster, to the late
Walter and Geneva (nee Wepking) Macke. She attended Lancaster High
School, graduating in 1941. Marge was a secretary for the West Bend Co.
for 19 years before her retirement in 1988. In her free time Marge
enjoyed golfing, fishing, crossword puzzles and playing cards. She
especially loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and
great-grandchildren. Marge was a member of Immanuel United Church of
Christ in West Bend.
Marge is survived by her five children, Mary (Fred) Montag of Allenton,
Wayne (Cheryl) Jossart of Hartford, David (Noreen) Jossart of Slinger,
Brian (Tresha) Jossart of Newbern, Tenn., and Debra (Mike) Howard of
West Bend; her 12 grandchildren, Tina Moore (fianceé, John Loresch),
Lisa Johnson, Julia (Joe) Kedinger, Jonathan (Jill) Jossart, Caryn
(Tracy) Pawlak, Trevor (Laura) Jossart, Courtney (Dustin) Tenz, Melissa
Jossart, Kyle Jossart, Jayson and Jaymie Howard, and Michelle (Derrick)
Disterhaft; her 19 great-grandchildren; her brother, Robert (Becky)
Macke of Rochester, Minn.; and many other relatives and friends.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Jossart; her
grandson, Brandon Jossart; her parents, Walter and Geneva Macke; her
sister, Ruth Macke; and her brother, Donald Macke.
A funeral service in remembrance of Marjorie will be held at 7 p.m. on
Friday, April 1, in the “Cedar Theater,” located on the lower level of
the Cedar Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center, 5595 County Highway Z,
West Bend. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the time of service.
Marjorie will be laid to rest at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, at
Hillside Cemetery in her home town of Lancaster.
