Barbara S. Schweiger, nee Kedinger, 63, of the town of Hartford died on Sunday. Nov. 6, 2011, at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee. She was born on Feb. 20, 1948 in West Bend to the late Joseph and Dorothy (nee Dornacker) Kedinger. 

For more than 25 years, she worked at Amity Leather Products. Barbara was a longtime resident of the West Bend area until moving to St. Lawrence three years ago. 

She was an active member of Still Waters United Methodist Church near Jackson, where she volunteered her time and talents. 

Survivors include three children: Mechel Green of Muscle Shoals, Ala., KimberLeigh (Paul) Nagel of Natchotoches, La. and Glen (Mary) of West Bend; seven grandchildren: Daniel and Britney Green, Addison, Lindsey and Kayleigh Nagel and Aleksander and Bethani Schweiger; one great-grandson Julian Green; one brother Dale (Mary Jean) Kedinger of West Bend, one sister Sharon (Don) Gavin; one sister-in-law Susan Kedinger of West Bend; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister JoAnn Tischendorf, one brother Jerry Kedinger and one brother-in-law Dale Tischendorf. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Nov. 11 at 6 p.m. at Still Waters United Methodist Church, 3617 Scenic Road, Jackson. Private burial services will be held. 

The family will greet relatives and friends at the church only on Friday from 3 until 5:45 p.m.
