Donna M. Ponath, nee Boylen, 58, of Newburg passed away on Monday, Oct. 17, 2011 at Cedar Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center in the town of West Bend. 

She was born on Nov. 16, 1952 in Savanna, Ill. to the late Allen and Darlene (nee Wilkinson) Boylen. On May 11, 1990, Donna was united in marriage to Dayle Ponath. 

Donna worked as a custodian at the West Bend Clinic. She enjoyed reading, listening to music, shopping, watching wrestling on TV and spending time with her grandchildren. 

She is survived by her husband, Dayle Ponath; two children, Christopher Boylen and Shannon Ponath; four grandchildren, Ethan, Cayden, Addison, and Skylar; three sisters, Kathleen (Mike) Fry, Mary Kaye, and Marcia (Jack) Gadouas; five brothers, Steven (Cheryl) Boylen, James (Cynthea) Boylen, David (Denise) Boylen, Daniel (Lisa) Boylen, and Randall Boylen; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Linda Pratt, LaVern (Deb) Ponath, Twyla (Allen) Bath, Janice (Don) Bergin, Karen (Jim) Edwards, Faith (Mike) Bednarczyk, Terri (Rick) Parchin; nieces; nephews; great-nieces; great-nephews; other relatives and friends. 

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Michael; sister, Susan; parents-in-law, Elmer and Betty Ponath; sister-in-law Gloria (Herbert) Frey; and nephew, James Boylen Jr. 

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, Oct. 29 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral, 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend.
