Donald C. Kleinhans, 79, of Neshkoro, formerly of West Bend, passed away Thursday evening, March 29, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh.

He was born Jan. 29, 1933 in Campbellsport, the son of Sylverius and Hazel (Tourbier) Kleinhans. He married Jane M. Waala on Aug. 29, 1953 in Barton. She preceded him in death on Dec. 29, 2006.

Donald was a graduate of West Bend High School and worked the majority of his life at Wisconsin Electric. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Neshkoro. Donald will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his six children Thomas J. Kleinhans, John L. Kleinhans, Sue A. (Ed) Mattox, Mary K. Theis, Kay L. (Larry) Schoep, and Scott (fiancé Jessica Rau) Kleinhans; five grandchildren, Travis and Jeannette Kleinhans, Andrea (fiancé Dain Heffernan) and Cameron Schoep and Legend Rau; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

A funeral Mass for Donald C. Kleinhans is on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at 11 a.m. in St. James Place, Neshkoro, with Rev. Dale Grubba officiating. Entombment will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 5, 2012 in Washington County Memorial Park, West Bend.

A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
