Pedro
“Pete” Perales, 83, of Hartford was Born to Eternal
Life surrounded by his living family on Saturday, July 28,
2012. He was born May 16, 1929 in Crystal City, Texas, the
son of Roberto and Beatriz (nee Perez) Perales.
Pete
was known to be a very kind and generous man. To him his
family always came first, he enjoyed the outdoors,
hunting, fishing and sharing humor with everyone.
Preceded
in death by his daughter, Beatrice in 2001, and two infant
children, Pedro and Ofilia.
He
is survived by his wife, Ofilia, of Hartford, and his
children, Dora (Israel) Acosta of Milwaukee, Peter Perales
of Milwaukee, Xavier Perales of Fla., Vickie (James)
Nelson of Pardeeville, and Chris (Ron) Mantz of Hubertus,
his grandchildren Jessica (Sean) Chou of Illinois, Lincoln
Nelson of Missouri, Kristian (Jill) Perales of West Bend,
Elizabeth (Andrew) Storey of Michigan, Noah Nelson of
Minnesota, Kaleb Perales of Florida, Jordan Mantz of
Richfield, Holdan Mantz of Richfield, and Israel Acosta of
Milwaukee. Also survived by eight great-grandchildren and
a large extended family in California.
Visitation
is Wednesday, Aug. 1, from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home,
vigil service at 6:30 p.m. Closing of the casket prayers
at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, at the funeral home,
processing to St. Kilian’s Catholic Church for Mass of
Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Private interment.
