William Conrad Jr., 86
William Conrad Jr. passed
away at his home in West Bend on Friday, Aug. 24, 2012.
Bill was born in Milwaukee on March 9, 1926. He was
preceded in death by his parents, William and Norma (nee
Hausfelt) Conrad.
Bill served his country in the Navy during World War II
and was actively involved in the Pacific Theater of War.

received degrees in electrical and mechanical
engineering. He later received a master in business
administration. He retired from GE-Hotpoint Division
over 30 years ago.
He has resided at the Cedar Ridge Senior Community for

other friends and family. He will be remembered for his
kindness, love of cars and his desire to be smartly
dressed for any occasion.
Many thanks to his personal care provider, Aleksandr
Baybayar, and to the nurses and social workers from
Cedar Hospice. Memorials, if desired, to the Cedar
Foundation, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, Sunset
Playhouse in Elm Grove or the charity of your choice.
