Rosemary Marsh, 72|
Rosemary Marsh (nee Pitl), 72, of Kewaskum, passed away at home under
hospice care on Monday, Dec. 17, 2012.
Rosemary was born on Jan. 31, 1940 to Joseph and Evelyn (nee Volkman)
Pitl. She was born and raised in Milwaukee and was a graduate of Custer
Rosemary married Loys “Turtle” Marsh on Sept. 27, 1958.
She worked at Northwest General Hospital as an OB tech and a CNA until
her accident. Rosemary also worked at the Threshold. She began
volunteering at The Threshold doing ceramics with the clients and
eventually became a lead worker until her retirement.
Rosemary was a member of the Homemakers Little Whistlers and then the
Country Chix of Kewaskum. She was also a longtime member of T.O.P.S. of
West Bend where she held several offices. She enjoyed doing crafts,
ceramics, and making cards. Rosemary was also an avid fan of the Green
Rosemary is survived by her husband Turtle; children Evelyn Jaeger of
Milwaukee, Darlene Foster of Oak Hill, Fla., Heather LaCosse of Plover,
and Charleen “Charlie” Marsh of West Bend; and grandchildren Amber and
Amanda Jaeger, Jennifer, Sandford, and Andrew Foster, Christa Stockton,
Jesse Arndt, and Adam (Anne) Arndt of Japan. She is further survived by
her great-grandchildren Nevaeh, Lindsay, Michaela, Gabe, Khalb, Khage,
Jeremy, Michael, Jacob, and Cheyenne; and sisters-in-law Ehrin Marsh and
Ann Marsh. Rosemary is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and
Evelyn, brothers-in-law Bill Marsh and Loren Marsh, and sisters- in-law
Pat VanAssche and Marion Kehrmann. Rosemary will also be dearly missed
by her beloved kitty, Dumpster.
A funeral service for Rosemary will be at noon on Saturday, Dec. 22,
2012 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, 1420 W. Paradise Drive in West
Bend with the Rev. Edwin Kornath presiding. Visitation will be at the
funeral home from 10:30-11:45 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012.
