William M. Hallada Jr., 71, passed away on Monday, Feb. 6, 2012. He was born in Appleton on June 27, 1940.

Bill ran a Battery Component Supply company in Barton for many years. He was known at "Battery Bill." Whatever he started, he would excel at. He had a very good sense of humor.

He is survived by his wife, Donna (nee DeNise); children, Timm (Courtney) of Ohio, Joanne (Dennis) Lane of Irma, Bob (Jean) Keller of Altoona, Ron Keller of Eau Claire, Sue (Phil) Jarman of Colgate, Jim (Chris) Keller of Germantown, Eileen (Tom) Keith of West Bend; granddaughter, Jaime Hallada; grandson, Ranger; two great-grandchildren, Chloye and Izzy; brother, Robert (Sheila) Hallada of Appleton; and step-children, Denyse (Rick) Fox, Harry Apkarian, and Jody Schilling. He is further survived by step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William Sr. and Florence (nee Doersch) Hallada.

A memorial service will be on Friday, Feb. 10, 2012 at 6 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church (140 N. Seventh Ave., West Bend, WI 53095) with Pastor David Schoob presiding. The visitation will be held at church on Friday, Feb. 10 from 4-6 p.m.
