Elaine E. Ritger, 73
Elaine
E. Ritger (nee Allarding), 73, of West Bend died Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2012
at her residence. She was born Nov. 26, 1938 in West Bend to the late
Edward and Hattie (nee Kotecki) Allarding and married Roman G. Ritger on
July 30, 1960, at Holy Angels Catholic Church in West Bend. Ro-man
preceded her in death on Oct. 18, 2008.
Elaine was very devoted to her husband and family and was a very proud
grandma. She was very happy when she could get the family together. She
also had many interests in life. Elaine liked to bowl with Roman, play
Bingo, visit the casinos, spend time in her garden and watch the flowers
grow.
She had a strong faith and dedicated herself to God. She was a member of
the Christian Woman’s Confraternity at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic
Church.
Elaine is survived by her three sons, Keith, Allan and David, all of West
Bend, two grandsons, Alex and Anthony and a very close family friend Joey
Williams. She is further survived by her two sisters, Janet (Kenneth)
Enright of Boltonville and Lou Ann (John) Weber of Fort Wayne, Ind., three
sisters-in-law, Florence Ritger of West Bend, Sr. Lorraine Ritger S.S.S.F.
of Milwaukee and Rose Ritger of Hartford, nieces, nephews, and other
relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Hattie, her husband
Roman, a daughter Mary in infancy and six brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law,
Walter Ritger, Olive Dricken, Eleanor Dornacker, Leo Ritger, Rose Wild and
Raymond Ritger.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, Jan. 9, 2012 at 6 p.m. at
St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church in West Bend with Rev. Jerome
Repenshek presiding. Inurnment will be in Holy Angels Cemetery. Visitation
will be Monday, at the church only, from 4-5:45 p.m.
