Jane S. Rogge, 61


Jane S. Rogge, (nee Gohr), 61, of West Bend, passed away peacefully and found eternal rest on Sunday, July 1, 2012 at The Kathy Hospice.

Jane was born on Feb. 9, 1951 in Manitowoc County to the late Joseph and Grace (nee Reynolds) Gohr. In 1969 Jane graduated from Mishicot High School. She was employed at Serigraph as a finishing technician for the past 15 years, until her retirement in April of 2012. On May 13, 2006 Jane was united in marriage to Charles Rogge at Fifth Avenue United Methodist Church in West Bend.

Jane was a fun person, always smiling and laughing. She was a dynamic burst of energy. She loved hummingbirds, flowers, being outdoors, going to flee markets and the Green Bay Packers.

Jane is survived by her husband, Charles; two stepsons, Craig (Amanda) Rogge and Kurt Rogge, both of Indiana; three step-grandchildren, Nick and Natalie Rogge of Indiana, and Max Wolf of West Bend; two sisters, Bonnie DeMeyer of Mishicot and Wendy (William) Noyd of Endicott, N.Y.; two sisters-inlaw, Donna Gohr of Mishicot and Jo Ann (Jerry) Liska of Grafton; two brothers-in-law, Roger (Mary) Rogge of Jackson and Jerry Rogge of Pound; and other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Richard Gohr; brother-inlaw, Robert DeMeyer; and two nephews, Tim Noyd and Steven Gohr.
A memorial service in remembrance of Jane will be held on Thursday, July 5 at 7 p.m. at Fifth Avenue United Methodist Church, 323 S. Fifth Ave. Rev. Jeremy Deaner will officiate.

Visitation will be Thursday at the church from 4 p.m. until the time of service. Myrhum ~ Patten Funeral & Cremation Service is assisting the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions will be used for cancer research and are appreciated by the family.
