Ronald W. Wolf, 71, of the town of Trenton died on Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at Froedtert Health St. Joseph’s Hospital. He was born on May 8, 1941, in the town of Addison to the late Stanley and Dolores (nee Schemenauer) Wolf.
Following his marriage to Bernette V. Landvatter at St. Matthias Catholic Church in Nabob, the couple lived in West Bend before settling in the town of Trenton.
Ron worked at Gehl Company for 44 years before retiring in 2003. In addition to being a husband, father and grandfather, Ron liked to spend time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, Nascar and watching the Brewers.
He was a life member of Loyal Order Of Moose West Bend Lodge 1398 and the Hexelbank Club at Gehl Company.
Survivors include his wife Bernette; two children Cynthia (Eric) Breuer of Rubicon and Randy (fiancée Evelina) of Campbellsport; six grandchildren Steven Smith, Branden Wolf, Dilan and Colton Breuer, Andrina Karoses and Austin Baye Shirley; one great-grandson Bryce; one brother Kenneth (Judy) of Fox Lake; two sisters Darlene (Jim) Myers and Karen Schrauth, both of West Bend; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother James and one brother-in-law Curt Schrauth.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 9, at 7 p.m. at St Matthias Chapel in Nabob with the Rev. Joseph Dominic presiding. The family will greet relatives and friends at the Chapel on Monday from 4-6:45 p.m. Inurnment at Washington County Memorial Park Tuesday at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials to The Kathy Hospice.
