Stephen N. Radliff of West Bend died on Thursday, July 19, 2012, at his home at the age of 47. He was born on Jan. 14, 1965, in Washara County. Since 1998, he has lived in West Bend, and most recently resided at one of Bridges of Wisconsin residential homes. 

He attended the day program through The Threshold and participated in various activities and sports. He enjoyed music and socializing and will always be remembered for his great smile, beautiful eyes and sense of humor. 

He will be greatly missed by his housemates Jamie, Amy, Stefan, Barbie and Diane; his many caring friends at Threshold and Bridges of Wisconsin and his “grandma” Helen Ziehr of West Bend. 

He was preceded in death by his “grandpa” Donald Ziehr. 

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 23, at 6:30 p.m. at the Schmidt Funeral Home in West Bend. There will be a gathering of friends at the funeral home on Monday from 4:30-6:15 p.m. 

Stephen’s guardian Eileen would like to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Herdrich and his nurse Jill, The Threshold and to Bridges of Wisconsin for all of their loving care.
