Dennis A. Keller, 70|
Dennis A. Keller passed away peacefully on July 20, 2012, at the age of 70, after a long battle with Alzheimerís disease. He resided at the Wisconsin State Veterans Home for the past nine years. Dennis was born in Port Washington on July 22, 1941, the son of Ervin and Caroline (nee Erdmann) Keller. He served in the U.S. Army from 1962 to 1964. He was united in marriage to Sandra (nee Crass) at St.
Peterís UCC in Saukville on April 30, 1977.
Dennis liked horseback riding and taught many 4-H children how to ride and take care of horses. He was also an avid hunter and enjoyed being in the woods. His greatest joy was to teach others to enjoy the outdoors. He loved spending time with his grandchildren before his disease took over.
Dennis is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sandy; his children, Nicole (Anthony) Zane and Angela (Todd) Habermann; his grandchildren, Analiese, LoriAnne, Daniel, Thomas and William Zane, and Dustin and Nicholas Habermann. Dennis was a good friend to many and will be missed.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2012, at 7 p.m.
at Mueller Funeral Home & Crematory, W63 N527 Hanover Ave., Cedarburg. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
