Norma Lemay, 88|
Norma (Taylor) Lemay, 88, of De Pere, formerly of Cedarburg, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at home.
The daughter of Alcid and Edwina (Stiles) Lemay was born July 13, 1923, in Tomahawk. She graduated from Wauwatosa High School. Norma raised her family in De Pere and resided there until moving to Cedarburg in 1973. She moved back to De Pere in 2010. Norma enjoyed a lengthy career as an executive secretary for the Milwaukee Road, General Motors and National Can Corp.
Survivors include her son, Jim (Lisa) Taylor, Naperville, Ill.; three grandchildren, Andy and Jack Taylor and Dan (Jayma) Van Straten; and three great-grandchildren, Matt, Chris and Lauren Van Straten; a sister-in-law, Joan Lemay; as well as loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her ex-husband, Hal Taylor; one daughter, Mary Jo Koty; her three sisters, Virginia Bernett, Phyllis Zahorik and Dora Jean Brandt; and one brother, Edgar Lemay.
Services were held at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. Tenth St., De Pere, on Sunday, June 3, 2012 followed by a prayer service. Graveside services were held at Allouez Cemetery. Please visitwww.ryanfh.com to send online condolences to the Lemay family.
