Denise L. Hetland, 60 Denise L. Hetland (nee Cayse), 60, of Cedarburg, passed away on Saturday, June 9, 2012, at St. Mary’s Ozaukee after a short, but courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Indiana on March 16, 1952. She is survived by her husband, Gary Hetland; mother, Gaynel Flack; brothers, Bruce and Brad (Flora) Cayse; niece, Megan Cayse; nephew, Ryan Cayse; step-sons, Gerud (Michelle) and Heath Hetland; step-grandchildren, Brody, Lola, Madeline, and Molly; parents-inlaw, Earl (Lola Gay) Hetland; and dog, Sonny.
