Holly A. Jacklin, 72

Holly A. Jacklin (nee Rudolph), 72, found peace in the arms of our Lord on Thursday, March 1, 2012. Holly was a very devoted wife and mother. No matter what you needed, she was always there. Holly was actively involved in her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s lives. Her kindness and compassion is reflected in everyone she touched.

Her love of music began in grade school when she began to play the violin. Her passion and love of music earned her front-row seat throughout high school and later when she played in the orchestra.

On May 23, 1959, Holly was married to Lloyd Jacklin and they shared 52 wonderful years. Holly was an amazing, wonderful mother to her three children, Susan, Janet and Paul. She was an active partner with her husband, Lloyd, in his many business ventures. In 1980, she was employed at Middlewest Manufacturing where she was a highly dedicated and respected employee. She retired as a controller of the company in January of 2012.
We are blessed to have shared our lives with such a wonderful, caring mother/woman. Generous to a fault, she was always there when you needed her most, never expecting anything in return but our love. You will be missed. We love you!

She is survived by her loving children, Susan (James) Weiland, Janet (Arnold) Carlson, Paul (Jessica) Jacklin; cherished grandchildren, Miguel (Rachel) Marquez, Jose Marquez and friend Jamie Wolters, Jason (Amber) Conti, Jena Conti and friend Alex Teeter, Kimberly Conti, Josephine Jacklin, Audrey Jacklin, Jacob Carlson; great-grandchildren, Aubriella Marquez, and Finley Conti; sister, Erika Steldt-Narveson; sisters-in-law, Hilda Jacklin, Lucille Jacklin, and Doris Schmidt. She is further survived by other relatives and many dear friends.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Lloyd, and her parents, Walter and Hildegard Rudolph.

The funeral service for Holly will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 6 p.m. at Peace UCC (341 First St., Kewaskum, WI 53040) with Rev. Eric Kirkegaard presiding. The visitation will be held at the church from 3-5:45 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Peace UCC.
We would like to thank all of you for your prayers and support.
